The right candidate knows how to start conversations, uncover business needs, communicate value clearly, and build momentum in the pipeline.This role is ideal for someone with experience selling marketing, digital, advertising, creative, or agency services. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, managing your own activity, and operating in a performance-driven environment.Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunitiesConduct outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and other channelsSchedule and lead discovery calls with prospective clientsIdentify client needs and recommend appropriate marketing solutionsCoordinate internally on scope, proposals, and sales supportHelp move opportunities through the sales process to closeMaintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline records in company systemsRepresent iDelta in a professional, credible, and trustworthy mannerQualifications Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisitionExperience selling marketing, digital, advertising, creative, or agency servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to run discovery, follow up consistently, and manage multiple opportunitiesSelf-motivated, organized, and accountableComfortable working independently and producing resultsExcited by growth, performance, and building something meaningfulIdeal Candidate The ideal candidate is hungry, polished, coachable, and motivated to grow.
