Job DescriptionJoin a growing, mission-driven ABA organization dedicated to making meaningful differences in the lives of children and families across Indian River and St Lucie Counties.Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA Services across St. Lucie and Indian River Counties in homes, schools, and community. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team while maintaining autonomy in the clinical decision-making. We welcome newly certified BCBAs as we have a staff of highly-experienced BCBAs with over 20 years of experience in all settings and with all ages.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments (FBA's, skills assessments, treatment planning)Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.Provide Supervision and training to RBTs.Deliver parent training and collaborate with caregivers and school teams.Monitor progress through data analysis and program modification.Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements.Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.ABA Therapy Solutions has been in network with all area insurances for over 12 years and will credential and train you in their guidelines.QualificationsCurrent BCBA certification in good standing.Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Reliable transportation for travel within St. Lucie and Indian River Counties.What We OfferCompetitive Salary.Flexible scheduling options.Administrative and clinical support.Opportunities for professional growth and leadership.Collaborative, positive team culture.BenefitsDental insurance.Flexible schedule.Health insurance.Life insurance.Paid time off.Vision insurance.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palm City, FL 34990
