Intensive Behavior Assistant Residential ManagerThe ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a dedicated Intensive Behavior Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.Responsibilities:Assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations.Ensure behavior plans are implemented and data is collected.Maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues.Review progress notes, medication logs, and IPPs.Assist with meal preparation and community activities.Supervise staff and ensure quality care.Conduct residential meetings and encourage individual input.Report incidents and allegations of abuse.Provide transportation for individuals.Assist with licensing processes and emergency preparedness.Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesHigh school diploma or GEDKnowledge of developmental disabilities and regulationsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and with interruptionsBenefits:Competitive payFlexible scheduleSupportive teamGrowth opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with matchPaid vacation/sick leave9 holidaysJoin our mission to empower individuals and make a positive impact.
