The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial sustainability. This role requires a leader with a growth mindset, capable of integrating and scaling financial functions to support the organization's evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in streamlining processes, strengthening partnerships, and collaboration, particularly in the areas of physician compensation models and value-based care. Experience in leveraging AI capabilities and a passion for advancing AI-driven initiatives are also essential. The CFO will serve as the primary financial liaison to the Medical Network Board, ensuring board-level financial governance and alignment with enterprise strategies. Essential functions include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all medical network entities, as well as providing executive oversight of revenue cycle operations and reimbursement strategy. The successful candidate will be proactive, operate with the highest level of integrity, and excel in a team-oriented, highly collaborative culture. A minimum of 12-15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and a minimum of 7-10 years in senior healthcare finance are required.
