Role Description This is a full-time role for a Construction MEP Sr. Estimator at Client. The Sr. Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting/bidding within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction delivery group. Qualifications Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Cost Management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience in budgeting and cost control Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating projects Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Professional certifications such as CPE, CEP, or PSP are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Experience: Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Glen Allen, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
