Title: Project ManagerLocation: Onsite in Reno, NV + Heavy TravelTravel across Nevada as well as Southern California/Imperial ValleyOvernight travel involved!Duration: PERMHours: Day Shift (40 hours/week)Salary: $97,400-$130,000/yr.*Relocation Package Offered!*Must Haves:Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering/Construction management or related field3+ years of experience in construction project management roleexperience supervising 1-2 large projects builds at a timeexperience overseeing a construction project from design to operation (will be required to create a budget , schedule and risk matrix for a solar PV project)Plusses:PMP certification or commitment to achieve!Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Bahasa).Job Responsibilities:Oversee pad construction, well permitting, drilling, and interventions, including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and logistics.Partner with specialists to plan and execute multi-well drilling campaigns and well field development.Manage project documentation, ensure high-quality work, and conduct site visits for progress and QA/QC checks.Develop project scopes, manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate with procurement for goods and services.Enhance project management processes, conduct post-project reviews, and travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
