$200M in Annual Regional Revenue Strong path for growth through mentorship About Our ClientThis company is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong regional presence, known for delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors while maintaining a collaborative, quality-driven approach to construction.Job DescriptionSupport day-to-day project coordination across all phases of constructionManage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project tracking logs to ensure timely execution and accurate recordkeepingMaintain current drawing sets, contract documents, and overall project documentationPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up items while helping keep teams aligned on project deliverablesAssist with permitting efforts, procurement activities, and project closeout documentationHelp track procurement timelines and long-lead materials, escalating potential delays or issues to project leadership when necessaryContribute to schedule updates, progress reporting, and overall project planning effortsWork alongside field leadership to support inspections, quality assurance, safety compliance, and ongoing jobsite coordinationParticipate in safety meetings, QA/QC processes, and field walkthroughs to help maintain project standardsDocument site progress, existing conditions, and daily field activities through reports and progress photosCoordinate with subcontractors and assist in leading meetings as directed by the Project Manager or SuperintendentMaintain organized project records within Procore and utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, communication, and document managementMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
