Registered Nurse – Home Health assignment with Neogen Care in San Diego North, CA. 13-week contract Day shift (5x8, 8a–5p). Duties include providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in home settings, coordinating care plans, and documenting in OASIS. Guaranteed 40 hours/week if 25 visits completed.
