Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Lightspeed, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including wine knowledge and cocktail experience, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols within a restaurant or food industry setting Culinary experience combined with beverage service expertise including spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service techniques Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service in a vibrant environment!
