Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas to ensure a seamless guest experience Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or bartending roles with fine dining exposure preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with drink service and spirits is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs gracefully Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Commitment to food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with culinary activities or kitchen support is a plus; hospitality background is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets professional growth.
