On C2C Experience required: 10+ years preferred; Position Description: Quadyster is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and deliver configurable workflow, case-management, integration, and application modernization capabilities for a Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) platform program. The preferred platform is Unqork; strong experience with comparable low-code platforms will be considered Required Skills: Minimum 3 years hands-on Unqork configuration and delivery experience preferred; OR 5+ years hands-on Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable low-code platform delivery experience. Experience designing and implementing role-based access control, workflow engines, case lifecycle tracking, configurable forms, document upload, metadata capture, and user-facing portals. Experience designing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Simple Storage Service (S3), Application Programming Interface (API) Gateway, Key Management Service (KMS), CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Elastic Container Service (ECS), Fargate, or comparable services. Hands-on experience with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Login.gov, MyAccess, or comparable enterprise identity federation patterns. Experience with Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) integrations, event-driven integration, and data exchange across heterogeneous systems. Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), static application security testing, software composition analysis, configuration scanning, and automated regression testing. AWS Solutions Architect, low-code platform certification, or related technical certification preferred. Must have authorization to work in the United States. U.S. citizenship strongly preferred. Must be eligible for Public Trust suitability processing. Agile certifications may strengthen consideration. Responsibilities: Serve as a technical lead for low-code application configuration, workflow design, integration design, and secure delivery on a federal modernization program. Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business process models, and wireframes into configurable platform components and working software increments. Design and implement authentication, role-based access, document services, workflow states, case lifecycle tracking, and API integrations. Collaborate with database, business analysis, testing, DevSecOps, and project management staff to deliver sprint increments that meet the Definition of Done. Support integration with federal data platforms, external APIs, cloud services, document repositories, and reporting or analytics components. Contribute to DevSecOps automation, security scanning, performance testing, technical documentation, and defect resolution. Support ATO documentation by providing technical input for architecture, security controls, data flows, encryption, logging, and configuration settings. Lead code/configuration reviews and mentor intermediate developers assigned to application onboarding and sustainment workstreams. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
