Part-Time Property Manager – Cloud Village (Baraboo, WI)Cloud Village is the Ho-Chunk Nation’s newest affordable housing community in Baraboo, featuring 40 apartment homes in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The property offers underground and surface parking, recreational spaces, and modern community amenities, all designed to create a welcoming and sustainable living environment.We are seeking a motivated part-time Property Manager (20–25 hours per week) to support Cloud Village Apartments and ensure smooth operations while fostering a positive resident experience.What We’re Looking ForWe need a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.Experience: Prior property management experience required, preferable in a leadership role.- Customer service experience is essential.- Must have leasing experience.
