Machine Operator Assistant

Job Description Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is looking for a Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Milford, CT. This position offers an hourly rate of $18/hr with full-time hours, Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pmResponsibilitiesAssist Machine Operators with setting up and operating machinery.Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredManufacturing or machine operation experience a plusAbility to follow instructions and safety protocolsPhysical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbsBenefitsThe employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and may be required to stand for up to 3 hours at a time.
