Product Designer (UX/UI)

Countly is a product analytics solution that helps organizations track product performance, user journey, and behavior across mobile, web, and desktop applications.We are currently seeking a talented Product Designer to elevate our visual language, and design user interfaces that enhance our platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our products meet both user needs and business goals.Responsibilities:Design Excellence: Create clear, consistent, and compelling user interfaces, icons, and illustrationsData Visualization: Design data visualizations that help users understand complex data, ensuring the correct visualization is used for each problem.User-Centered Design: Base your designs on user needs, expectations, and Countly’s business objectivesCollaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and engineers to oversee projects from concept through implementation and testing to final product deliveryTechnical Insight: Apply your understanding of data visualizations, statistics, and technical thinking in your designsDebate Ready: Capable of arguing the merits of UI components like checkboxes versus toggles in EnglishVisual Language: Develop various solutions to improve Countly’s visual languageQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product DesignProficient with FigmaExperience in creating user interfaces, especially data-related onesOpen to discussions and feedback to continually improve designsAble to maintain consistency across all UI and other design materialsAdvance EnglishNice to have:Experience with CodePrevious Experience working with an Analytics ProductBenefits and Perks:Remote Work 🛋️Salary Range: Up to 3.000 USD Gross Per Month (depending on Experience and Technical Evaluation)Flexible Working Hours (with the possibility to work Full-time or Part-time) ⌛Unlimited PTO (Personal Time Off) ⛱️Flexible and Personalized Benefit 🎁Mental Health Counseling (Spill) 🧠Online Events and Coffee Breaks ☕
