Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX-focused) to join our Product Design team at RootstockLabs.This is a product-first role. We are looking for someone who can own the end-to-end product design process, deeply understand user problems, and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions across web and mobile. The role requires a strong emphasis on UX thinking and high-quality UI execution. Both are equally important.You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design user-centered experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design system.While the primary focus of this role is product design, experience with illustration and motion design is a strong plus. The ability to enhance product experiences with custom visuals, storytelling, or motion/video assets will significantly increase your impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final deliveryIdentify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testingTranslate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutionsDesign high-quality user experiences across web and mobileCreate and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy)Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design systemDesign and produce print materials (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiativesCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teamsEnsure consistency across all product and brand touchpointsConduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performanceWHAT YOU BRING7+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences (not just visuals)Proven expertise in UX thinking, flows, and problem-solvingHigh level of UI craft and visual executionStrong experience working with and scaling design systemsAbility to work hands-on while thinking strategicallyExperience collaborating with engineering and product teamsAbility to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environmentFluent English (spoken and written)NICE TO HAVEExperience in Web3, cryptoExperience with motion design, including video creation (not only micro-interactions)Experience with illustration or custom visual assets creationBasic understanding of front-end developmentExperience working in fast-paced startup environmentsROOTIES BENEFITSAt RootstockLabs, we don’t just offer a job, we offer a community.
