Program Manager - EDP

Overview As Program Manager for the Enterprise Data Platform, you will lead strategic planning, financial oversight, and roadmap execution for key data initiatives. You will collaborate with senior technical leaders, data architects, product owners, and executives to ensure alignment and measurable progress across the platform portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end programs, coordinate roadmaps across multi-quarter horizons, and translate complex discussions into actionable plans. This role shapes the data platform portfolio and drives cross-functional execution to enable data-driven outcomes. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end program management for enterprise data platform initiatives with defined timelines, milestones, and dependenciesGuide senior team members in shaping, finalizing, and executing project plans with accountability across workstreamsFacilitate structured discussions and translate technical/business conversations into clear summaries and roadmapsLead creation and maintenance of multi-quarter and annual roadmaps for the Enterprise Data PlatformConsolidate input from engineering, architecture, product, governance, and business partners to create cohesive plansEnsure roadmaps stay aligned with evolving business strategy, data platform capabilities, and resource constraintsManage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against spendProvide transparent reporting on financial health, resource allocation, burn rate, and investment alignmentPartner with Finance and leadership for annual and quarterly planning cyclesProduce executive-ready program updates, dashboards, and status reportsCommunicate progress, risks, and mitigations across stakeholders, engineering leadership, PMO, product teams, and executives Key requirements5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in data, cloud, analytics, or platform engineering environmentsProven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate complex discussions into actionable plansStrong financial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingExcellent communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiencesProven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authorityExperience with agile methodologies, enterprise planning tools, and data-focused project environmentscommunicationinfluencecross-functional collaborationagile methodologiesenterprise planning toolsdata-focused project environments
