DescriptionThis is a contract position based in Pleasanton or Atlanta with hybrid onsite expectations.Work authorization: This role is open to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) only.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Technical Program Manager to lead one of the most complex and high-visibility transformation initiatives within a Business Technology organization. This is a 6–9 month contract engagement based in Pleasanton, CA, Atlanta, GA, or fully remote, requiring a seasoned leader who can drive end-to-end execution of a multi-year Salesforce reimplementation spanning global Go-to-Market functions. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, brings deep Salesforce program expertise, and possesses the executive presence to align diverse stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and deliver durable, scalable outcomes that directly support business growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of a multi-year Salesforce reimplementation spanning Opportunity-to-Order, ensuring alignment across legacy systems and future-state architectureOwn integrated program plans, roadmaps, and dependency management across multiple workstreams, releases, and geographiesIdentify and manage systemic risks, cross-program dependencies, and hidden failure points, proactively driving mitigation strategiesDeliver transparent, outcome-focused executive reporting with clear articulation of trade-offs, risks, and progress against business valuePartner with Global Company Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Security to define success metrics that ensure true value realizationLead integration strategy across boundary systems including CPQ, CLM, and Order Management to avoid fragmented or duplicative solutionsServe as the decision driver for complex trade-offs across product, engineering, and business stakeholdersEstablish and institutionalize repeatable delivery playbooks to improve velocity and reduce friction across future releasesAct as the central point of coordination across GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, and Product and Engineering, aligning diverse stakeholders to a unified roadmapBuild trusted relationships with executive sponsors, serving as a stabilizing force when conflicting priorities arise across business functionsNavigate organizational complexity and drive alignment across competing priorities, timelines, and incentivesElevate program delivery standards and best practices across the broader PMOInfluence prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation across a portfolio of interdependent initiativesDefine and track success metrics tied to business outcomes including sales velocity, deal quality, and operational efficiencySkillsDeep expertise in end-to-end Salesforce program management, including complex multi-year reimplementation effortsStrong command of integrated program planning, roadmap development, and cross-workstream dependency managementProven ability to identify systemic risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies across large-scale programsExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levelsSkilled in evaluating complex integration options and guiding resistant leaders toward sound, unified decisionsExpertise in governance and transparency frameworks that maintain accountability regardless of organizational rankStrong judgment and decisiveness in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with shifting prioritiesAbility to define and track outcome-based success metrics tied to measurable business valueAdaptability and resilience in navigating organizational complexity and competing incentivesExceptional ability to read organizational dynamics and bypass political roadblocks to maintain program momentumExperience10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, enterprise technology transformations8+ years supporting Go-to-Market organizations in high-growth technology environmentsProven track record leading complex, multi-year Salesforce reimplementation programs beyond incremental enhancementsDemonstrated experience operating in high-visibility roles with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teamsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or equivalent practical experiencePMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is a plusThis is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of an enterprise-defining transformation at one of the most recognized names in enterprise technology.
