Our ideal candidate is not only proficient in a range of facial treatments but also eager to be part of a growing team and contribute to our fast-paced expansion. We prioritize the use of organic products and provide our services in an appointment-based setting. Our main specialization is in facial massages, particularly buccal massage, for which we offer in-house training. Key Responsibilities: Buccal Massage: Perform specialized buccal massage techniques for facial rejuvenation. Facial Massage: Offer various facial massages to promote relaxation and skin health. Facial Cleansing: Provide gentle and effective facial cleansing services. Microcurrent Treatments: Administer microcurrent therapies for anti-aging and skin toning. Cupping Massage: Perform cupping massage to enhance circulation and skin appearance. Skincare Routine: Implement comprehensive skincare routines, including cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Application of Creams and Masks: Apply various organic creams and masks tailored to client skin types. Shoulder and Neck Massage: Offer relaxing shoulder and neck massages as part of the treatment. Serum and Stem Cell Application: Utilize serums and stem cell treatments for advanced skin care. Ultrasonic Cleansing: Conduct ultrasonic cleansing for deep skin cleaning. Exfoliation: Perform exfoliation treatments to remove dead skin cells and promote skin renewal. Alginate Masks: Apply alginate masks for skin hydration and revitalization. Gua Sha Techniques: Use Gua Sha tools for facial treatment to improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Taping: Apply facial taping techniques for skin lifting and firming. Product Sales and Enhancements: Actively promote and sell home care products and treatment enhancements as an essential part of the role. Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by solving clients' issues and encouraging repeat visits. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain superb bedside manner and provide consistent professional facial treatments in accordance with company protocols. Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product. Maintain client satisfaction and acceptable levels of retention. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and company policies. Perform prep work and properly clean and restock rooms as required. Possess the ability to work without direct supervision. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment. Qualifications: Certification in aesthetics or related field. Experience in facial treatments and holistic skincare. Proficiency in using organic products. Passionate about natural rejuvenation and holistic health. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to grow and develop with a fast-expanding company. Must hold and maintain a current CA state license. Weekends are mandatory; current operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour (hourly, sales commission, retail commission, plus gratuity). Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week. Employee discount.
