Job TitleTransport StaffWork LocationSanta Monica, CA, USAWork ScheduleOnsite or Remote Fully On-Site Work Schedule 8 hour variable shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends and holidaysSalary Range$25.33 - $34.07 HourlyPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the supervisor, transport staff, patients and visitors in shuttle bus between the Medical Center, Medical Office Building, Westwood Medical Center, Medical Plaza, Parking Lots, and Community Clinics. Valet park vehicles for Medical Center patients, visitors and faculty. Stack park staff vehicles. Maintain excellent customer service standards as outlined by department policies and procedures. Issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting any prior vehicle damage. Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner. Collect and secure cash and issue receipts. Write down the license plate, make of car & exact location of where car is parked on valet ticket. Park vehicle in underground lot across the street. Tag keys and store in key boxes.Job QualificationsWorking knowledge of transportation policies and procedures. Interpersonal skills to interact diplomatically and sensitively with patients, staff, and visitors. Required to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
