Our portfolio of brands includes Oldcastle APG, Oldcastle Infrastructure, Belgard® hardscape, Echelon® Masonry, RDI® railing, Catalyst™ Fence Solutions, Sakrete® packaged concrete, Amerimix® mortar, Pebble Technology International® pool finishes, and Techniseal® sands and sealant technologies.Job SummaryThis role will operate plant machinery as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment efficiently to produce concrete products from raw materials to yard stageInspect the quality of products according to standardsAssist in maintaining accurate productionMonitor the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctionsPerform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with job changesMake sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areaPerform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Operators, or others in a responsible positionWilling and able to cross train on other aspects of the production processMaintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignmentsFollow applicable housekeeping and safety proceduresOther duties may be assigned as neededJob RequirementsManufacturing/Industrial Environment exposure preferredHigh school diploma or GED equivalent or at least 1 year of related experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instruction and manualsTake the initiative to keep all areas clean and safe.
