About The OpportunityA fast-growing software engineering team operating in the SaaS & digital product development sector, delivering cloud-native web and mobile applications to enterprise and mid-market customers across the United States. We build secure, scalable products that prioritise performance, developer velocity and measurable customer outcomes.Role: Full Stack Engineer (Remote — United States)Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain end-to-end web features — from UI components through backend services and persistent storage — delivering production-ready code on a regular cadence.Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories and implementation plans.Author well-tested, maintainable code: implement unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards and best practices.Develop and consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints; optimise data flows and queries for performance and scalability.Deploy and operate services in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP): containerise apps, configure CI/CD, monitor performance and respond to incidents.Drive continuous improvement: propose architectural enhancements, mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-level engineering excellence playbooks.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have3+ years professional experience building full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or similar) and Node.js/Express.Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs or GraphQL and working with relational (Postgres/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.Practical cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) including containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong fundamentals in frontend development: responsive design, accessibility, performance optimisation and browser debugging.Solid Git workflow knowledge, testing discipline (unit/integration) and familiarity with observability/monitoring tools.Clear communicator, team-oriented, and able to work asynchronously with distributed US-based teams.PreferredExperience with TypeScript across frontend and backend stacks and familiarity with serverless patterns (Lambda/FaaS).Exposure to GraphQL, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, or message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).Background in product-focused teams (SaaS) with customer-facing feature delivery and metrics-driven development.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote US roles with flexible hours and emphasis on work-life balance.Opportunity to influence architecture, mentor peers and grow into senior/lead engineering roles.Collaborative, outcome-driven culture that values ownership, continuous learning and high-quality engineering.To apply, please share your resume and links to relevant projects or GitHub/portfolio demonstrating full-stack work.
