EXPERIENCED CRNAS, SRNAS AND NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.THIS ROLE:NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Advent Health Central Texas in Killeen, TX.THE FACILITY: Advent Health Central Texas - Established practice with a stable team of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists. Provides anesthesia support for up to 5 ORs/NORAs. Provides a 24-hour obstetric anesthesia service, averaging around 110 deliveries a month. CASES INCLUDE:OB 120-130 deliveries/month, Light Peds (ENT), Ortho, Ophthalmology, General Bread and Butter, EndoWe Offer:Base Salary $270K - $290K+ Additional compensation for call coverageIncentives, Stipends & $60K Sign on BonusGenerous PTO - 10 weeks of PTO per year, with holiday flexibilityFull Time, W2Flexible Scheduling - Call is pager call form home with 30 min call back radis. Only 1 CRNA on call and back up call is an MD. PCDO is guaranteed. Facility does have call rooms if outside radius. CRNAs take 3-6 calls/ month.
