Real Estate Manager Overview As a Real Estate Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for all lease-related matters within our offices. Your main responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease renewal agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining accurate lease records. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong attention to detail to safeguard the interests of the company while fostering positive relationships with landlords. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Real Estate. This role is critical in facilitating seamless lease transactions and supporting the overall success of our offices. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and finalize lease renewal agreements for office locations ensuring all terms are clear, accurate, and aligned with company policiesStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all lease agreements complyCommunicate with property owners and their representatives through the lease negotiation process, throughout the terms of the lease, and address all inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that landlords and property owners are adhering to the terms of the agreementsIn addition to all lease renewals, the Real Estate Manager will process modifications, extensions, CAM situations, and addendums, ensuring all changes are documented accurately and legallyMaintain a comprehensive database of lease records, ensuring all documents are organized, accessible, and up to date in visual leaseUtilize our real estate analytics software to assist in site selection for renewals and new locationsConduct periodic lease audits to verify lease compliance and identify and discrepancies or potential issuesWork closely with facility and management and other internal stakeholders to streamline lease administration processes and optimize lease transactionsAnalyze market trends, rental rates, and lease terms in the real estate industry to make informed recommendations for lease negotiation strategiesGenerate regular and as needed reports on lease negotiations, lease expirations, and lease-related metrics to senior management Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, contract negotiation, and/ or a related area within the industryFamiliarity with commercial real estate, common area maintenance (CAM), and lease agreementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate lease terms and interact with landlords and stakeholdersStrong negotiation abilities to secure favorable lease terms while maintaining interests of the companyMeticulous in reviewing and drafting lease agreements to ensure accuracy and consistencyCapable of managing multiple lease negotiations, administrative tasks, and projects efficiently and while meeting deadlinesCollaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectivesResourceful in solving lease-related and common area maintenance issues in a timely mangerThrives in a fast paced and often times stressful environmentProficiency with lease management software Pay Range:$70,000 - $80,000 Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
