I am working on a new Team Lead role in Permanent Placement (AEC vertical) that just opened up with my global staffing client in the NYC market.Your responsibilities as a Team Lead will include:Be bold and curious – identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction vertical, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio as well as your candidate pipeline across the state of NY.Own the outcomes – establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery across the state of NY.Be better together – collaborate with teammatesChampion the customer – understand client and candidate needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross-selling and strategic engagement.Lead a team of 3-4 full desk recruiters based out of the NYC branch. Provide mentorship, training & development, one-on-one meetings, and continuous support.What my client offers:Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + override on team performance.Hybrid/flexible schedule.
