Job SummaryThe Business Data Analyst supports healthcare operations through performance monitoring, data analysis, business process documentation, and small-scale project execution. This role is responsible for tracking key operational, clinical, and financial KPIs; developing dashboards and reports; and translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
