Grow With Us.FusionSite is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Operations Supervisor to support our portable toilet service operations by picking up and delivering portable toilets, hand-wash stations, and hand sanitizer stations while covering service routes as needed. In this role, you'll coordinate with our satellite location team, keep deliveries running efficiently, and serve as a role model for safety and customer service on the road. This position follows a Wednesday through Sunday work schedule to best support customer demand and operational needs.This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on professional who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.What You'll DoRoute Execution: Complete an efficient delivery and pick-up route for the day, adapting as business conditions change, and fill in on portable toilet routes and dumpster/trailer orders as needed.Loading & Delivery: Load the delivery vehicle with scheduled units and equipment; pick up units along the route, deliver replacements, complete dump runs, and handle returns, company orders, and other equipment as requested.Customer Interaction: Deliver to the correct addresses, obtaining signatures, payment, and proof of receipt when necessary.Unit Maintenance: Flush, empty, and clean units; perform other services required to maintain or repair units, tanks, and systems; clean and disinfect areas affected by sewage.Safety & Compliance: Meet all safety standards by abiding by transportation laws and company policies, maintaining a safe driving record, and supporting safety reviews, coaching, and enforcement in partnership with the GM.Team Support: Review and support staff schedules and activities to ensure safety and customer needs are met; educate new team members on safety standards, performance expectations, and safe machinery operation.Vehicle Care: Ensure vehicles receive basic service according to maintenance schedule, report larger service needs and mechanical issues to a supervisor, test drive vehicles to confirm safe operation, and work with other job sites to inspect and maintain fleet condition.Yard Support: Assist with general yard and maintenance duties when routes are completed; request or order necessary supplies and equipment.Planning & Feedback: Plan and recommend timetables for repairs and maintenance; update maps and routes assigned, providing feedback to the routing team.Customer Relationships: Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving workplace safety.Additional Support: Perform other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredVocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in auto repair or a related field requiredTwo years of related experience preferredCommercial driver's license may be requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsThorough understanding of equipment, units, trucks, and repairAbility to safely and effectively operate all tools and equipmentAbility to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and web-based or physical mapsAbility to follow and communicate directions and procedures with limited supervisionAbility to communicate with dispatch, team members, customers, and leadershipProficiency in office and financial software, route logistics, or similar software, with the ability to learn new toolsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAvailability for weekend, evening, and on-call hoursPhysical RequirementsMust be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspectionsMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds at timesMust be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors presentWhy Join FusionSite?Take on a hands-on leadership role where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction every day.Gain broad experience across delivery routes, vehicle maintenance, and equipment care.Work alongside a supportive team and leadership who value safety and quality.Build a rewarding career with a rapidly growing national organization.About FusionSiteFusionSite is a leading provider of portable sanitation and temporary site services nationwide.
