This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your fingerprints are on every SEC filing, your relationships with external auditors matter, and your voice carries weight in how we report to the world.📌 What you'll own:• Quarterly & annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) — preparation, review, and disclosure checklists• Statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions, including US GAAP to IFRS reconciliations• SOX compliance across the financial reporting process• Primary point of contact for external auditors and support preparation• Cross-functional collaboration with tax, legal, and business partners on complex or unusual transactions✅ What we're looking for:• CPA (required)• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting• 6+ years of experience, ideally from a Top 10 Public Accounting firm• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements• Lease accounting, debt accounting, or revenue recognition experience is a plus• A confident communicator who thrives independently and leads by example💰 Compensation & Perks:• Competitive base salary + discretionary annual bonus• Full medical, dental & vision coverage• 401K, commuter benefits, and moreThis is a rare seat at the table — complex, global, and meaningful.
