Customer Service Representative (Part Time) - Brockton, MA

We are currently hiring for a Part Time Customer Service Representative in our Brockton, MA location!BioTrans LLC is a global logistics provider specializing in cold chain transportation, technology and infrastructure for the life sciences industry. Customer Service Representative Position Summary: In this role, you will answer product and service questions; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm -7:00 pmCustomer Service Representative Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor and review emails and voicemails from customer contacts; research and respond to necessary requestsResponsible for collecting and processing data into SharePoint (Microsoft Office web-based, document management and storage system) linked with our clientsData entry of daily pick up and deliveries of jobsWork with Operations Manager on various projects as neededGathers, organizes and compiles documents (e.g., pricing documents, invoices, and other paperwork) to be distributed to operations, accounting, and other company departments according to established standardsCommunicates with customers and drivers regarding delivery changes (e.g., late trucks, route changes) and with co-workers to collaboratively resolve issues or concerns Minimal Requirements:Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentData entry in various platformsExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability to adapt to new tasks with little noticeAbility to sit at a designated workstation for extended periods of timeStrong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent
