We prioritize customer satisfaction and are passionate about creating long-lasting relationships.Role DescriptionThe Mortgage Loan Officer is a full-time hybrid role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, no in office requirement but 24/7 access to our onsite office. Responsibilities include assisting clients through the loan application process, analyzing their financial information, and recommending suitable loan products. The Loan Officer will collaborate with underwriting teams, ensure compliance with mortgage regulations, and deliver excellent customer service to guide clients throughout their home-buying or refinancing journey. Additional tasks include building relationships with clients and business partners to generate new leads.QualificationsExperience in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and Loan OriginationUnderstanding of Underwriting processes and financial analysisStrong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in time management and organizational skillsActive NMLS license is requiredExperience in the Detroit Metropolitan Area's real estate market is a plus
