Led by industry veteran Greg Page, our team specializes in navigating complex loan scenarios and providing personalized guidance throughout the homebuying process. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Class Mortgage Company Inc. located in RI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth loan approval process. We are licensed in RI, MA, ME, and Florida. We are also looking for a Vice President of Sales. We started a second business that allows us to bring added value to our real estate agents, and also allows our LO's to have a 1099 option. Qualifications Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry expertise Mortgage Lending and Underwriting skills Customer Service abilities Sales - B2B experience is helpful Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan programs Experience in helping clients with challenging credit histories Job Type: Full-time Pay: $88,480.48 - $106,557.14 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Massachusetts (Preferred) Security clearance: Confidential (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
