Logistics Support/Logistics Operations Clerk This role performs administrative and clerical tasks in support of the factory logistics team.Responsibilities include maintaining organized files, processing documentation, and retrieving information in a timely manner while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine administrative and clerical duties to support the logistics group.Maintain and file letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed records according to established filing systems.Retrieve data and correspondence from files upon request within required timeframes.Support factory logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory picking, kitting, and stocking activities.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.24 years of related administrative or logistics experience.Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a logistics or administrative environment.Ability to follow written instructions and established guidelines.Work Environment & SupervisionWorks under immediate supervision and follows defined processes.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.Physical & Environmental ConsiderationsLifting requirements generally range from 1015 lbs with minimal repetition.Minimal exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, or physical risks.Technology & ToolsComputer systemsSAPMicrosoft Office (including Microsoft Excel)Microsoft TeamsBarcode scannersAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
