CRabon@skywatersearch.com | 952.767.9025ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliationsOwn fixed asset accounting and partnering with operations on capitalizationAssist with financial analysis and variance commentarySupport audit and working on ad hoc projectsHelp improve processes and overall accuracy of the financialsDesired Skills And Experience2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or manufacturing preferred)Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting fundamentalsSomeone who is proactive, curious, and willing to go above and beyondNot a checklist doer – this role requires someone who can think, problem-solve, and take initiativeComfortable in a hands-on, evolving environment
