Role :- CAD Support LEADLocation :- Cupertino, CAJob Summary:The Tier‑1 MCAD Support Engineer (Siemens NX) provides first‑line technical support for Mechanical CAD (MCAD) systems using Siemens NX in an enterprise engineering environment. The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration, basic NX usage support, and NX‑PLM (Teamcenter) connectivity.
