W2 Contract - Houston Hybrid - Start ASAP-Strategic partner to Operations at a Plant level and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data being reported to Operations and Management of the Region and DivisionProvide reliable financial/controlling information for leadership to ensure proper insight into decision makingOversight of budget, monthly results, and forecasting for siteManage reporting process for site, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with all applicable rules, laws, and regulationsEnsure accuracy of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet and Contribution of Operational CashGather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis and industrial analysisCollaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper finance informationProvide ad hoc analysis as needed to the region VP of Operations and to the US Operations ControllerProvide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditorsPropose to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets Follow financial impact of action plansApprove Purchase Order up to the amount defined in plant delegations
