Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) Duration: 6+ months (Potential to extend or Convert) We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company to bring on a hands‑on FP&A Consultant who can operate at both a strategic and operational level. What You’ll Do: Support monthly reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder‑facing financial insights Partner with business leaders to drive budget visibility and informed decision‑making Support day‑to‑day finance operations including invoicing, headcount tracking, and ad hoc analysis Maintain financial data integrity across cost centers, GLs, and project structures Assist with month‑end close activities including accrual reviews and reconciliations Act as a key finance liaison during an ongoing implementation (data validation, UAT, process alignment) What We’re Looking For: 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A Experience working on ERP's Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets Familiarity with AI/data tools is a strong plus Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
