Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst acts as a key business partner to the executive team. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business partnership skills. What you'll doFinancial Planning & ForecastingParticipate in and execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesOwn revenue, expense, and cash flow projectionsDrive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysisSupport business decisions by analysis of financial an operational data Strategic Analysis & Business PartnershipProvide actionable insights to senior leadershipReports to senior FP&A management. Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) on performance managementSupport board reporting and investor presentations Performance ManagementDevelop KPI dashboards and operational metricsConduct monthly business reviews Analyze variance to budget/forecast and communicate key driversIdentify financial risks and opportunities Process & Systems ImprovementImprove financial planning processes and reporting automationEnhance financial systems and data integrationEnsure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data What you'll bringQualifications & BackgroundDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.3+ years in FP&A roleExperience in Private Equity-backed environments is highly desirable.Technical & Analytical ExpertiseExpert-level financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong experience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful or similar).Deep understanding of cash flow mechanics and SaaS Metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV etc.)High affinity for data analytics and experience leveraging AI tools in finance workflows. The Values That Define Us Execution – We deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.
