Education:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, technical, or business discipline and six years of experienceOR
Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and 10 years of experienceOR
High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and 12 years of experience
Experience:
At least three years of experience with production / fabrication processes and procedures associated with C5ISR platformsAND
Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing specific C5ISR projects or groups of C5ISR projects and serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line managementAND
Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing and tooling resourcesAND
Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reportsAND
Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of SCRIF processes and proceduresAND
