As a leading photovoltaic manufacturing company, we specialize in the research and production of crystalline silicon solar cells and modules, always focusing on improving production technology and R&D to ensure the highest quality for our customers.Currently, HY Solar and Suntech have a deep strategic cooperation, using Suntech as the main brand for the overseas market, and we're also developing the Energy Storage business sector.Job DescriptionEstablish and enhance a comprehensive global customer service system for energy storage and module products. Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries related to product technology, ensuring prompt responses and effective handling of customer feedback and complaints.Coordinate and analyze customer complaint cases involving product failures, drive continuous improvements in product quality and customer service capabilities, and strive to reduce the customer complaint rate.Develop and implement a regular inspection and maintenance mechanism for PV projects based on customer contracts and industry standards.Establish a customer satisfaction management system, regularly collect feedback from customers regarding product performance, quality, and service levels, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Photovoltaic/Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service for photovoltaic energy storage is preferred. Experience in pre-sales and after-sales service for photovoltaic components is a plus.Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.Familiar with European photovoltaic market standards and grid compliance requirements.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical systems.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Shaohui.Wang@suntech-power.com.
