Endangered Species Act Specialist

A company is looking for an Endangered Species Act & Magnuson-Stevens Act Support professional. Key Responsibilities Assist NMFS with the review and technical comments of biological assessments Evaluate and analyze effects of proposed actions on ESA-listed species and their habitats Develop recommendations to minimize adverse effects related to Bureau of Reclamation activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10 years or more relevant experience Expertise in anadromous salmonid biology and ecology in the Klamath River Knowledge of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and the Magnuson-Stevens Act (MSA) Efficiency in using word-processing programs for document development Experience managing complex impact analyses related to water operations
