Human Resources Business Partner (Boulder)

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing and agricultural operations teams. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has foundational HRBP experience and is looking to continue growing in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The HRBP will partner closely with site leadership and employees to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, engagement, and compliance initiatives.This position requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who is comfortable spending time on the floor, building relationships with frontline employees and operational leaders, and helping drive a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with manufacturing and agricultural leaders to support workforce planning and daily people operationsServe as a point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as neededSupport employee onboarding, training coordination, engagement, and retention initiativesAssist managers with performance management, coaching conversations, and corrective actionsHelp ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and workplace safety standardsCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and operations leadership on hourly and salaried hiring needsMaintain HR records and support HR reporting and data trackingParticipate in organizational initiatives including culture building, employee communication, and process improvement effortsProvide general HR guidance and support to employees across multiple operational departmentsAssist with implementation of HR programs, policies, and proceduresQualifications2–5 years of HR experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, agriculture, production, warehouse, or other operational environmentsSome experience partnering directly with managers or business leaders preferredUnderstanding of employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR compliance fundamentalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organizationComfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on operational settingOrganized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting multi-site or hourly employee populationsExposure to manufacturing, agriculture, food production, cannabis, or other regulated industriesWhat Success Looks LikeBuilds strong relationships with frontline employees and operational leadershipBecomes a trusted resource for day-to-day HR supportHelps improve employee engagement, communication, and retentionSupports operational teams with practical and people-focused HR solutions
