Maintenance Technician

Performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation of production plant (including mechanical and electrical systems)Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervisionDiagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairsPerform basic fabrication and welding to repair or modify equipment and componentsConduct electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, and basic control systemsRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsSupport production uptime by responding promptly to equipment breakdownsAssist with equipment upgrades, improvements, and minor projectsProvide guidance, training, and support to new employeesFollow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper use of PPEAccurately document maintenance activities and completed workOther duties as assigned
