This individual will help bring Vindara forward in seed sales and continue to maintain relationships with our current growers and establish new ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in developing new marketing strategies for seed sales. They will play a key role in marketing Vindara seeds to our current customers and the commercial market.Responsibilities:Establishes and maintains key relationships with customers, growers and partners to promote and coordinate profitable sale of Vindara's seedsRecords and maintains through CRM (Contact relationship management) in internal databaseChecks in periodically with customers to ensure product needs are being satisfiedDevelops and implements digital marketing strategies for Vindara sales (website/social media)Develops creative marketing descriptions for newly developed Vindara seed varietiesResponsible for developing pricing strategies for seedsRecords and analyzes customer sales related data and reports back to PresidentStays up to date with the latest news and affairs in the vertical indoor farming spacePerforms other related duties and/or special projects as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or Agronomy/Agriculture related field preferredPrevious working experience in agriculture or related field is a plusHas previous experience developing and executing plans in order to maximize salesExperience/knowledge in a variety of marketing strategies for company sale growthWillingness to learn if the individual has no prior experience in agricultureApproximately 25% of travel
