This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand collaboration, marketing support, and on-site activation management. The successful candidate will help coordinate brand partnerships, support events and experiential activations, manage cross-functional timelines, and ensure partners receive a seamless, high-quality experience from planning through recap.This position is best suited for a highly organized, polished professional who can balance relationship management with hands-on execution. The role will work closely with internal marketing, creative, events, digital, PR, and operations teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to bring campaigns and experiences to life across a portfolio of high-traffic consumer destinations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate partnership campaigns, brand activations, and event logistics from concept through execution. Support the planning and delivery of experiential events, sponsorship activations, and promotional programs. Serve as a day-to-day contact for brand partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Assist in the development of partnership materials, presentations, recaps, and campaign summaries. Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets, invoices, and post-event follow-up. Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, digital, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Help coordinate signage, promotional assets, content capture, and supporting collateral for events and activations. Monitor campaign and event performance, gather data, and provide actionable insights for future programming. Research relevant brand, sponsorship, and experiential trends to support new partnership opportunities. Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism under pressure. QualificationsExperience in partnerships, events, marketing, account management, or experiential activations. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience with presentation development, reporting, and budget tracking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with creative or collaboration tools is a plus. Background in retail, lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing environments is preferred. Schedule & Work StyleThis freelance role may involve a hybrid schedule depending on business needs and event activity. Flexibility is important, as some evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required to support activations and events.Work EnvironmentThis role includes a mix of computer-based coordination and in-person event support.
