Apply today to join our team!The Truck Loader is responsible for supporting and coordinating the second shift logistics operations to ensure orders are selected and loaded properly, taking pictures, utilizing NetSuite to fulfill orders and confirming all required paperwork is on the truck for the driver to ensure on time deliveries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMain Activities:Use NetSuite to print, verify and fulfill orders dailySet and adhere to a plan to lead the Dispatch team for on time load deliveriesMeet with Production at cross shift every day to discuss the workload and scheduleReview loads that are ready for delivery and take picturesEnsure picking process is executing according to the SOP for consistency and accuracyVerifying the accuracy of the picking and QA process, signing off on necessary paperwork when load is completed and making sure paperwork is in proper order for the Logistics SchedulerUnderstand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/supplier details.
