Shift(s):Monday Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm Pay:$20/hour starting wage and earn an additional $1/hour after 90 days of employment! How Your Role Fits InAs a Warehouse Worker at our Loves Park Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator you're an MVP of our team! If you're new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don't worry, if you have an exceptional work ethic and attitude we're willing to train you! Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You'll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. What you'll do: Order Fulfillment:Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Safety First:Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies Team Collaboration:Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency Inventory Management:Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment What it takes to succeed: Positive Attitude & Work Ethic:Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team Environment Capability:Ability to work multiple hours in our 38-degree cooler warehouse environment Dependability:Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency Physical Capability:Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Experience:At least 6 months of previous reach truck or sit-down experience is strongly preferred, but not required Our Commitment to YouAt WOW Logistics, fostering a supportive work environment is an integral part of our shared pursuit of excellence.
