The Senior Adoption Digital Strategist partners closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-functional customer groups to align people, process, and technology in support of large-scale AI-enabled transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, hands-on change leadership experience, and a practical understanding of how AI impacts operating models, decision-making, workflows, and workforce capabilities.What You'll DoLead AI Adoption & Change StrategyDesign and execute comprehensive op models and change strategies using Prosci ADKAR, aligned to AI-enabled transformation initiatives based on AI Human Hybrid Operating ModelsConduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness diagnostics related to AI adoption for Op modelsTranslate AI strategy and vision into actionable adoption plans across roles, workflows, governance, and decision rights leading to bespoke Op modelsEnable AI TransformationLead adoption initiatives focused on the introduction of AI-driven capabilities such as AI agents, Agentic AI automation, personalization, intelligent insights, and decision supportSupport customers in integrating AI into existing business and marketing workflows in responsible, scalable waysApply adoption strategies in the context of Adobe AI-powered solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and FireflyDrive Organizational ReadinessAssess current-state and future-state operating models impacted by AI adoption and be focused on process flow diagramsIdentify role changes, skill shifts, and capability gaps required to enable AI-driven ways of workingPartner with solution and delivery teams to ensure adoption considerations are embedded throughout AI program design and executionEngage and Influence ExecutivesLead executive workshops, visioning sessions, and alignment discussions focused on AI strategy, adoption, and riskServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data, and OperationsCommunicate AI adoption progress, risks, and outcomes through clear, executive-ready storytellingMeasure Adoption & ValueDefine and track adoption KPIs tied to AI usage, behavior change, and business outcomesUse qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine adoption strategies and accelerate AI uptakeSupport customers in realizing and sustaining measurable value from AI investmentsSupport Sustained AdoptionDesign reinforcement strategies to ensure long-term AI adoption post go-livePartner with Adobe Digital Learning Services to align training to AI-enabled workflows and evolving rolesMentor strategists and contribute to delivery excellence across AI-focused engagementsWhat You BringRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in change management, Op model/Org Design, digital transformation roles within management consulting utilization based experience.Active Prosci ADKAR certificationProven experience supporting or leading AI transformation initiatives, including workflow change, role evolution, or capability enablementStrong familiarity with AI-powered platforms and solutions, ideally within marketing, customer experience, or enterprise contextsExceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint narrativesStrong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredWillingness to travel to client sites as neededAbout AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,600 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
