This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution skills to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.Key Responsibilities●              Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise client engagements, from initiation through delivery and closure●              Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation●              Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management●              Coordinate cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and creative, marketing automation, QA, and business stakeholders●              Identify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation and contingency plans●              Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget●              Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)●              Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates●              Manage change requests and ensure alignment with contractual obligations●              Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and client satisfactionRequired Qualifications●              Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field●              5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with enterprise clients●              Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment●              Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)●              Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills●              Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities●              Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)Preferred Qualifications●              PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification●              Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or consulting environments●              Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and integrations●              Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKey Competencies●              Leadership and team coordination●              Client-centric mindset●              Strategic thinking and decision-making●              Risk management and conflict resolution●              Time management and organizational skillsWhat We Offer●              Competitive salary and performance-based incentives●              Opportunities for professional growth and certification support●              Collaborative and innovative work environment●              Exposure to high-impact enterprise projects
