Outside Sales Representative – HVACAbout the RoleWe are a growing HVAC company seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our residential and commercial client base throughout the market.This is a true outside sales role for someone who enjoys being in the field, networking, building relationships, and closing business. The majority of your time will be spent meeting with prospects, attending networking events, generating new accounts, and building long-term client relationships.This is not a "sit behind a desk" sales position. Office time is minimal (approximately 5–10 hours per week).One of our current sales professionals is currently earning over $250,000 annually, and this role offers a realistic path to earning well into six figures for the right individual.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreachAttend networking groups and business events such as BNI, chamber events, HOA meetings, association meetings, and community functionsBuild relationships with property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, commercial accounts, contractors, and residential clientsManage the sales process from initial contact through closingFollow up consistently on leads and opportunitiesMaintain strong communication and customer service throughout the processDevelop long-term recurring business relationships and accountsWork closely with internal operations and service teamsWhat We're Looking ForStrong closing ability and confidence in sales conversationsOutgoing, energetic, and professional personalityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleHighly responsive and organizedPrior experience in outside sales, home services, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, restoration, construction, or related industries is a plus, but not requiredWhat Success Looks LikeThe ideal candidate understands that this is a "you get what you put into it" opportunity.We are looking for someone capable of consistently building relationships and securing new recurring business accounts.
