This role plays a critical part in balancing supply and demand while improving forecast accuracy and supporting business growth across both food service and retail channels.You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, customer service, and plant operations to ensure alignment and drive informed decision-making.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecastsAnalyze historical sales, seasonality, and market trendsCollaborate with sales and marketing to adjust forecasts and support promotions/product launchesMonitor and improve forecast accuracy and performance metricsIdentify demand drivers, risks, and variabilityLead or support S&OP planning activitiesPartner with supply planning and procurement to resolve supply and inventory issuesCommunicate forecast changes, risks, and opportunities to stakeholdersTrack and report on inventory risks, shortages, and excess/obsolete productsMaintain and manage data within planning systemsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with Kinaxis Maestro preferredStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insightsProven ability to solve problems and manage multiple prioritiesStrong teamwork and collaboration across departmentsWHY JOINKey role influencing supply chain performance and business growthHigh visibility across multiple departments and leadership teamsOpportunity to enhance S&OP processes and forecasting strategiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to own demand planning strategy and make a direct impact on operations in a growing food manufacturing environment.
