Swoon is hiring for our healthcare client and this is a fully remote opportunity.Our client is seeking a Program Manager/Certification Specialist to support oncology accreditation initiatives focused on NAPBC compliance, documentation management, survey readiness, and multidisciplinary program coordination.Duration: 2-month contract to start - long term opportunity with extensionsLocation: RemoteSchedule: Full-time hoursPosition SummaryThis role will support the development, coordination, and implementation of breast center accreditation initiatives, ensuring adherence to NAPBC standards and oncology program requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting healthcare accreditation programs, survey preparation activities, and cross-functional clinical coordination efforts.ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and ongoing compliance of NAPBC accreditation standardsDevelop and maintain accreditation documentation, policies, protocols, and proceduresCoordinate multidisciplinary meetings and committee activitiesCompile and present quality and performance reporting dataAssist with survey readiness activities and accreditation site visitsPartner with physician leadership and operational stakeholders on accreditation initiativesLead process improvement and value-based care initiatives related to oncology programsIf interested in more details, please apply!
